Our host's name was Amanda, she was sweet and great... Just made my party very easy for me... and I didn't have to worry about any things, and the front desk Manager was very helpful his names was Steven.

Our game master was Anthony and he was AWESOME. He was on top of everything from getting our drinks to serving our pizza and cake. He explained everything and kept our party running smoothly.

My son has been to parties before, but this was my first time. I will not hesitate to be back and will HIGHLY recommend you to family and friends.

I liked the coordination of the facility and how Aidan made everything run so smooth.

It was easy. I didn't have to clean before, during, or after. Our hosts took care of everything! The reservation process was great. Follow up after my online reservation and just before the party date were timely and efficient.

The employee who helped us in our party room took care of EVERYTHING and did it extremely well so that we could focus on talking with everyone there at the party, taking pictures, and enjoying ourselves.

I chose Panther primarily for price. Also, big factor, the party rooms were bigger than others in the area so children's parents had room to sit. And it was cleanest/newest looking.

Panther is extremely well organized. I loved the communication - email communication was very thorough so we knew exactly what to expect.

Alyssa, our party hostess, was exceptional. She was very attentive and really made the party go smoothly.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Panther to our friends - in fact I already have - even some parents asked how we found you all - . I expect you to get future business from them and more. Laser Tag was something different for these kids who are use to having their parties at moon bounce places. So the laser tag experience was the best part!

Reggie was EXCEPTIONAL and demonstrated great customer service. He helped me all of our needs especially doing a demonstration and helping the youngers kids understand what to do.

We had our party there because my son's friends had parties there and their parents said it was a good experience.

It was stress free. Our attendant, Anthony, was very good at what he did, serving the pizza, cake and drinks and getting the kids ready for their games. It made it very easy on me and I really appreciated that.

Panther was a stress free way to do a kid's party, prices were reasonable, fun room with the Star Wars motif. I would definitely recommend you guys to friends.

The facility - including bathrooms - appeared clean and spacious; the party room walls were decorated nicely; and we liked the layout of the arena, especially with the bridge. It also was nice to be have our 6-yr-old's party during a time limited to younger players.

I liked the ease of hosting the party; the quality of the facility; the quality of the arcade games - air hockey was a big hit - ; the personal and attentive service. From the start, I was confident that the management would be available to help with any needs we had.

Carlos, our party host was attentive, friendly and helpful - all around terrific!

My kids say Panther has the best lasertag arena.

The kids have a lot of fun and I didn't worry about food, refreshments or clean up! The pizza was delicious!!

Playing Lasertag is an awesome workout, the kids love it and they exercise at the same time. The equipment is in good condition, the facilities are clean and the staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

I wouldn't change anything about the party packages. They're all great and really worth the cost.

I like that everything was taken care of for me. I had forgotten my birthday cake candles in the car, and the party planner had some right there for me.

The party helper sealed the deal. It made the party almost effortless!

The party helper was a huge help. We, the parents, were able to have fun with the kids and we weren't stressed. Everything went smoothly. I loved not having to worry about a thing!

Laser Tag is FUN! Kids and parents can enjoy time together. As a parent it is very nice to be able to have someone else do the party work!

We were having so much fun it seemed like the time went by to quickly!

Mom and Dad got to relax and visit with other parents. We had FUN with the kids, The kids all had a blast. The entire area is clean and secure. The play and party areas are fun and well designed. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. As a customer that makes you feel like the staff is happy to have you there.

We had great service all around from the front desk, game masters, and from our awesome party host, Reggie. Reggie was the best. He made sure everyone had all that they needed through the entire party.

We had extra parents that played in the two game periods, and he took care of them too. He made our party feel like we were the most important party of the day!

Our entire party experiance was fantastic. Pizza was good. The birthday cake we ordered was very nice and tasted delicious. The kids loved the Starwars room we were in. Everyone had a blast playing laser tag and arcade games.

Parents of guests told us "Best party"! I compared different party venues before picking Panther. Hands down Panther has the best price and party program.

In the famous words of the "Arnold"...'We'll be back!"

The party yesterday was awesome! Bisrat checked on the group periodically and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Asia did a fantastic job with the kids (spencer loved her!) and the rest of the staff was very professional.

Our friends were very appreciative of the high level of service you gave them.

It was the first time that I had played a real game of laser tag and it was a blast! The boys loved it as well - Spencer jumped right in and ran around blasting people. They have both been playing pretend laser tag at home since the party ended. I'm sure we will be playing a lot more.

The flexibility from management changed my decision from another laser tag facility I had reserved before.

The staff at the arena were very helpful with the kids. We had a big party with small children and the staff helped the kids with putting on their vests and were very helpful in accomdating the adults getting to the arena watching the kids. They made everyone feel comfortable.

Asia was extremely nice and helpful. She made sure we were all gathered on time and was exceptilnally kind when serving food and cake.

Everything was so organized - and i really liked the eat play eat play - so that the kids were finished eating and the party was finished completely by the time they finished their second game. we were able to take our stuff out to the car during the last game and the party room was clean and easy to vacate on time because the kids were already finished eating!

Things I liked:

No prep, hassle-free party for my family. The boys had a blast! Most laser tag places offer almost the same things at the same price. Panther offers just a little bit more.

Harry (party host) was awesome. Very efficient, very professional, and he was firm but nice to the boys.

The parents of the boys in my party have asked me about Panther and I shared my satisfaction. Word of mouth is key. We will be back.

I used to play at Ultra Zone and Laser Quest in Richmond and I told her how much fun it was. I took her to your Falls Church stadium and she could not stop talking about it.

Your staff was awesome. You were so organizwed. The reminders. The flexibility to accommodate us. I think the adults had more fun than the kids because they all stayed later to play.

Our party host, Kendra, was awesome. I think that was the largest tip I have ever given, but well worth it. She was awesome. She was great with the kids and adults.

Thank you for an awesome party. Your organization and the cleanliness of your store was incredible.

Also, my sister lost her wallet with her money credit cards everything in it. Someone had turned it in and she was overjoyed to see all of the contents were there.

I was really impressed and Spencer and his friends had a lot of fun, which is what I really wanted.

Richard (our party host) was fantastic: laid-back, great with both kids and adults, kept the party on schedule. Paid attention to touches like making sure the kids went to the bathroom BEFORE going into the arena. Great job getting us into the arena right after the movie started.

One of my little guests wasn't feeling well and had to stay in the party room. Meanwhile, I was keeping an eye on the others in the arena. I really appreciated Richard's visiting the arena and being able to update me on how our poor guy was doing.

This was my daughter's first party at your center.

I have had parties at your center for my son but not her. She wanted to have something special for her 16th Birthday party and since some boys were coming, we thought this kind of party would be perfect and it was.

It was very organized and I, as a parent, didn't find I had to do anything but be there -- which is very nice.

All the kids had alot of fun. If my son wants to do the same thing when his 16 comes around, I know where to go.

I definitely will have a party here again and will tell my friends about your place. it is very clean and kept up so I hope it will continue to be that way. I is also nice that the vest and guns work too. I have been at other places where that has not been the case.

The facility was recommended by a friend and the arena looked better and the facility looked cleaner than shadowland in Chantilly.

A friend said it was nicest, cleanest, best organized Laser Tag center in the area. I was really hesitant to do a laser tag party but my son wanted. We had been to another Laser tag place in the area for a friends birthday and it just made me cringe.

My son liked playing laser tag and getting into the arena; he also felt that this laser center was much better than other we attended in this area. My husband - who is very picky - and other adults at the party also enjoyed the laser games very much. I also liked being able to buy the bags of tokens and let kids play video games and air hockey prior to and after the party.

Anthony was my room coordinator. He and the other helper in my room were both very good at setting up the room and helping me to take extra pizzas, cake and gifts to the car.

Alex was our GameMaster. Give that guy a serious raise! He was extremely personable and our birthday crew really responded well to his instructions.

The staff was FABULOUS! Well trained. Attentive. Engaging. But the facility was amazing too. The game itself was awesome. Every kid had the BEST time.

My son will never forget this birthday experience, and neither will I. Thank you so very much.

The entire staff was very very very helpful and my son enjoyed his party. The entire staff was tremendous and deserves every accolade I could give, I do not think I can give them the proper praise as they were great.

This was the first time attending this location for most of the "party-goers" and they loved it. You should see a number of people from our party popping in for fun. This was exceptional and we will definitely frequent this location for other birthday parties as we have done "funbouce" places and the service and staff are not even close to the great experience we had here.

I did an internet search for local laser tag centers and came up with 3 to check out. We went to one and it was okay, but the staff wan't too friendly or helpful.

Then, we went to Panther Family Fun and I asked Bisrat, who was the manager on duty at the time, why I should choose Panther Family Fun. He was incredibly helpful!

He gave us a complete tour of the facilty, even showing us the vests and a little of the arena. My son was so excited! Then, I asked Bisrat if we could schedule a birthday party in conjunction with Power Play. He was very willing to work with us and accomodate our needs.

Thanks to the facilty, and Bisrat's helpfulness, we decided that we didn't even need to check out the 3rd laser tag place that was on our list. Panther Family Fun had exactly what we were looking for. It is also so nice that it is new, clean, and large.

The kids absolutely loved the laser tag. Most of our guests had been to Shadowlands before and they all said that Panther Family Fun was definitely a lot more fun!

As a parent, I liked that everything was included so Panther handled all the details.

Ava did a great job of coordinating the administrative details. The staff, particularly Harry and Ava who coordinated, and Dennis, Corey and Stephen - who signed me up - were friendly and helpful.

Overall the entire experience was perfect - the kids had a great time, and it was very easy for me as the parent.

Again, overall it was a great experience, perfect for kids, and I not only would recommend it to anyone, but when the parents came to pickup their kids, I receommended it and pointed them to the information and the managers. One Dad is considering it for his workplace as a team builder, and for his two sons for parties.

Ashley did a great job of keeping the adults abreast of what was going on, what was next while informing the party guests of what to expect - in a way the kids could relate/trust her.

Ashely was informed of a guest who was sensitive to loud noise. Ashley gave this guest extra attention without "singling" her out. She even allowed this guest to walk through in between games to see if this guest could handle the situation.

The guest thoroughly enjoyed the experience and Ashley checked on her throughout the party to make sure she felt safe/secure. We couldn't have asked for a better party coordinator.

I personally walked in with my 5 yr old son and was impressed by the number of game masters present keeping all participants safe and secure.

It was well organized, the kids had a great time, and as parents we loved how everything was handled with no stress on us at all. Well done! We will definitely pass along your name to friends for future parties!

We had our party at Panther to experience a different kind of laser tag from the place we usually go.

What I liked best: They outlined what was going to happen and told me every step of the way. They also did a good job keeping me on schedule. I also liked the explanation of the rules before going into the game.

The examples of the kids in the video was great. My daughter even commented on it. I am a visual person and I think it's good that the kids see as well as hear the video.

I asked the kids what they thought of this place and heard positive remarks.

1- They liked that they could see the laser light going to the other person.

2- The lights were a little lighter than the other place so they could see where they were going better.

3- There were more "cubbyholes" to hide in. It was a great experience!

Our party host, Carlina, was also very friendly and attentive throughout our party, deftly managing the high-energy participants in our group.

After searching for laser tag facilities in the area, we visited the 2 nearest and were pleased with how the Panther facility looked and the staff that we observed and spoke with.

The Laser Tag games were the best! We also enjoyed the set up of having a game then taking a break and having a game at the end.

My child really wanted to play laser tag for his birthday party. I've used the laser tag facility in Sterling Park, but was just not impressed with the facility or the area.

The laser tag was by far the most fun. The cleanliness was great, and the friendiness of the staff was second to none.

Our party host was Danny. He was super with the kids, and really did a bang-up job keeping the party flowing.

Steven - I believe he was the manager - was extremely personable and courteous upon check-out.

There were a lot of highly energetic and loud kids in the lobby/game room area, and the staff really seemed to enjoyed being there. That truly makes a difference.

Thank you for making this birthday a memorable one for not only my son, but all 9 of his friends who joined him. I've had parents call me to tell me that their children keep talking about the awesome laser tag party.

The facility was clean, nice. My 9 year old had a blast at another birthday party here.

I liked the fact that the party hostess really did do everything...served pizza, drinks, cake...with a smile and a helpful attitude.

Some places say that their hosts do this, but then the person just sits back and waits for you to do everything. She was very responsive to particular requests from the birthday boy about what slice of cake he wanted.

I wanted to let you know that I will be telling all my friends about your facility, not only because of the service however because of the honesty.

My son was given $150 cash as a gift at the party. I stuck it in my pocket for safe keepings and it fell out on the floor in the lobby. When I called later that night and inquired if anyone had found the money, the manager told me that he himself had found it and kept it at the desk.

I was SO appreciative that he was honest. He could have kept the money himself and I would have never been the wiser. It is nice to know that in today's day and during these tough economical times, that people are still honest. Because of this experience, I will recommend you to everyone I can!
